Red River Elementary is excited to announce Mrs. Crystal Steinert as the 2025-2026 Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Steinert goes above and beyond for her students and RRES is lucky to have her. Mrs. Steinert has been teaching for 20 years. She spent 12 years in St. Tammany parish where she is from and then moved to Red River where she has taught for the past 8 years. Mrs.Steinert received her Bachelors degree in elementary education from Southeastern University and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. Mrs. Steinert is married and has 2 children who are currently students in Red River Parish Schools. She says that Red River has become her new home. Let's congratulate Mrs. Steinert!!
